Her Royal Highness is married to Nkosi Zwelivelile Mandla Mandela who is the Traditional Leader of the Royal House of Mandela (RHoM) & Mvezo Traditional Council.

Together they issued three children: HRH Lil' Mandela(Senior Prince) Twins; HRH Nkosazana(Senior Princess) Nonhlanhla Hannah Mandela, HRH Prince Mntanenkosi Rolihlahla Hakeem Mandela




Nkhosikazi Raabia is the grand-daughter in law of the Late apartheid freedom fighter and 1st black president of the Republic of South Africa, Nelson Rolihlahla Madiba Mandela
