He is the father of one a daughter HRH Princess Lamahle. On September 2nd 2019, he publicly and traditionally propose to Gospel singer Nothando Hlophe.
In December 2018, he was appointed to the Liqoqo by His Majesty as an adviser and accompanies the King in his state visits across the world.
