Her Royal Highness Queen Mother Best Kemigisa was in Lusaka, Zambia where she attended the COTLA/CONATA Annual Steering Committee Meeting. This was in partnership with United Nations Women.
During the meeting the Tooro Queen Mother address the committee where she applauded those who attended for the great progress made to end harmful practices towards the children and women.
