Eswatini: 13th Esicojeni Foundation walk
On Sunday November 3rd, the 13th Esicojeni Foundation Walk took place at Somhlolo National Stadium. The walk was hosted by the Esicojeni Foundation who's patron is His Majesty King Mswati III had as theme "End Hunger Walk".
Although he didn't attend the walk's launch, His Majesty was represented by his son HRH Prince Bandzile(HRH Inkhosikati LaHwala's son) who read the King's message to those attending.
In his address, His Majesty commended the job done by the Foundation in its fight against hunger in children around the kingdom. He also spoke about its decade old resilient spirit in walking together with the government to eliminate food shortage in every household through the many initiatives that it has pioneered over the years.
He also explained that the annual walk will provide an opportunity for everyone to play a key role and be part of the journey to transform the lives of vulnerable and food insecure children.
