Their Imperial Highnesses Prince Yoel and Princess Ariana Makonnen attended the annual benefit gala organised by the Seed of Africa Organisation hosted at the Neue House in New York City on November 6th.

The Seed of Africa is an organisation which began in Ethiopia in 2008 as an after school program which mission is to educate and nurture children and their families by providing quality education and community development programs.

On October 29th, His Imperial Highness attended the annual Ethiopian-American Chamber of Commerce gala hosted at Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, Virginia.

The great grandson of HIM Emperor Haile Selassie who is also an attorney and businessman applauded the Ethiopian-American community for the commendable work they have been doing in improving the business relations between Ethiopia and America. He also commended them for help each other in advising and help fellow Ethiopian business owners in their ressources
